We wish to inform you that Dr. Anita O’Sullivan has retired from medical practice.
Following her retirement, I, Dr. Aoife de Faoite, have assumed responsibility for the care of both Dr. O’Sullivan’s GMS and private patients at Island Medical Clinic.
As part of this transition, I am now the data controller for your medical records. Please be assured that your personal and medical information will continue to be handled with the highest standards of care and confidentiality, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all relevant healthcare legislation.
You have the right to:

- Transfer your care to another doctor, with your records securely transferres.
